What makes a Gay man sexy after 40? Sure the physical features are still important but also it is the very essence of the man itself that is important.
Here are the top qualities that gay men are looking for:

Confidence: being comfortable in his own shoes and letting go of baggage. Knowing who he is and what he wants is sexy!

Stability especially in these days is very important. We want our man to be agile and appreciate long term job stability with great skill sets for change when a job may disappear.

Humor goes all long ways. Drama Queens are not desirable. As we get older, one wants peace of mind.

Playfulness is considered very sexy in men. Sure , sex is important but getting that undivided attentions scores well too!

Honesty and Sincerity-again no drama queens or game players. Who has time for that?

Communication and sharing ideas is sexy. Sharing your thoughts and resolving problems with your boyfriend and partner is so important in a relationship. Sure, you can have disagreements but at the end of the day your not holding secrets or feel like you have not been heard . Most problems can be solved with communication and having someone in your life that can listen, share and communicate is sexy!

He realizes that it is just part of the developmental stages of life and adapts to it with a sense of clarity and humor.
